information we use
When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, message and any company, project type, budget or timing information you choose to share. We need a name, email and message to respond through the form. You can also email us. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timings and security results to deliver and protect the website.
If you allow analytics, our own jakal studio tag measures page visits and how people use the site. This includes page addresses and titles, the referring site or campaign source, approximate town and country, device type, browser family, when a form is started or successfully sent, and when an enquiry or contact link is used.
The tag sends the current page address to our analytics service. Statistics retain the page path without its query string; a campaign source such as utm_source may be recorded separately. Form contents are not sent to analytics. The tag sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The analytics service uses a temporary identifier that changes daily; it does not retain your IP address in analytics records. Our cookie policy explains your choices.
